Free Traffic Tips ( Stop Paying For It! )
Hey
So everyone needs traffic, without it your site is just another site in cyber space with millions and millions of others.
However with traffic you can literally grow a HUGE online business and generate an insane online income, but the question is "how do you get traffic?"
Well you have 2 options – Paid traffic or Free Traffic
Paid traffic of course will cost you money but in most cases gets you traffic a lot faster than free methods. These include PPC, PPV, solo ads, banner ads and a few others. Many people get amazing results with paid traffic methods but like everything you have to know what you are doing, in fact if you go into paid methods blindly then you could quickly lose your entire bank balance!
Free traffic methods on the other hand often take time to yeald results, but on the plus side they cost nothing to implement and over time can bring insane amounts of traffic to your sites!! These methods include blogging, forum posting, article submissions, press releases, facebook, web 2.0 sites and there are a few more free methods.
Again though as with paid methods to implement the free methods EFFECTIVELY you need to have some knowledge on exactly how and what to do to get the results.
So where do you start?
Well you can always look to outsource the work to others but I know when starting out many people do not have the funds to outsource, in which case you need to do it yourself. So here's what I recommend, now remember not to expect instant results!!
Submitting articles has always been a favourite of many people and this is something you can get started on right away, you will need to know how to do keyword research in order to get traffic from articles but you can easily learn that.
Articles can be 300 – 500 words in length so not very long, obviously I do not know your other commitments but I'm sure most people could fit into their day writing at least 1 article per day. This can even be done in your dinner hour at work or maybe in front of the tv at night.
Just doing 1 per day can give you around 30 live article per month online all driving traffic to your site for free!!
Imagine if you have the time to write 2, 3, 4, 5 or even more articles per day!! The results will quickly become eveident my friend.
So what other free ways could you use?
Well social media sites have become HUGE online and so has video, you could join sites like Twitter, Facebook or Myspace.
Become active on those sites, build relationships with others. Remember NEVER to directly sell on social media sites (My advice anyway)
You can also get active in forums within your niche, me personally in the IM niche I love the warrior forum and when I was fully active in there I can tell you I used to get a good 1500 – 2000 visitors per month to my personal blog, all for free!
Now I did also mention video, this for many is not something they are comfortable with but yes it can provide you with a good source of free targeted traffic. Remember with video you do not have to be in front of the camera, you can do slideshow videos and record your screen. This can even be done for free if you have no money to invest by using a free tool called CamStudio.
The key to gettting results from free traffic methods is to take regular consistant action, even when you do not see instant results. The traffic will come, just keep working at it.
The only way to fail is to quit and I really mean that.
I lost thousands and thousands of dollars trying to succeed but now I live my dream life and dont have to go to work for a boss anymore, anyone can do this… All it takes is to get traffic to an offer – That's it!
I hope this has been of some help to you to get you started
I also have a free traffic gift for you actually, I recently interviewed an internet guru that makes well over $100,000 per MONTH online and got him to reveal all his secrets!!
